A Little Reminder About Custom Orders 🖤
When you choose your scent and color, your piece is being made specifically for you. That means your order is fully customized, and customization takes time.
I’m a one-person, small business, and I can sometimes have 10–20+ open orders at a time AT LEAST. Every order is made with care, and I work through them in the order they are received.
I’m also a disabled veteran living with a chronic injury, which means there are occasionally days when a flare-up affects what I’m physically able to do. When that happens, I may need to slow down and give myself the time needed to recover.
And while Dark Decor Candles means a lot to me, I’m also a mom with school-age kids. My family will always come first when they need me.
