Candle Instructions
For best results, always trim the wick to 1/4" before every burn. The first time you light your candle, burn for at least 2 hours for even wax-melting. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Provide a dish/plate under your candles to avoid candle wax melting onto unintended areas. Always use caution around children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Dark Decor Candles and its owner are not responsible for any harm, misuse, damages, and losses resulting from the use of products from the shop. Purchasing any product signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases us from all liability.
Shop Policies
I make Soy candles & wax melts, mugs, pillowcases, vinyl art, decal stickers, and so much more. My best sellers are my locally famous candles. They are made from a special soy blend that provides over a week/80 hours of burn time, and the scents I offer are described as nothing less than amazing!
I can do customs so feel free to hit me up if you have a specific idea.
Returns and Exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refunds are not offered. All Sales are final.
I will work with you to make you happy if there is an issue.

Payment
I accept all major credit cards via Wix POS.
Payment must be made in full and cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payments, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will help you in any way that I can.

Shipping
Items are wrapped in packing paper or bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy shipping box or bubble mailer depending on size.
All items are shipped within 3 working days of your payment clearing. Unless it's a custom order.
If it's a public holiday then your shipment will be posted the next working day.
I combine shipping.
Dark Decor & More ships only in the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS), First Class Mail. Insurance and priority shipping are available upon request. Please contact me before purchasing if you need upgraded shipping.
I purchase Delivery Confirmation for all US orders. You will get a tracking number if your package ships within the United States. Once your item is delivered, your transaction is complete. I am not responsible for lost packages that are in transit or marked by the postal service as delivered.
I cannot be responsible for unexpected postal service delays. Unfortunately, the Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times for first-class or priority mail.
Additional Policies
My creations are intended for adults. They are not suitable for children.
Dark Decor Candles reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behavior. This will not be tolerated. I do not appreciate, condone, or allow trolling. Please, be appreciative, aware, and respectful of my policies as they protect us both.
